Interstate 81 take the From Johnson City you can take the Greeneville / Bulls Gap exit from Interstate 81. Go to Bulls Gap and turn right "At The Red Light". You'll be on Hwy. 66 and it will bring you into Rogersville. From Knoxville take Interstate 40 to Interstate 81 and exit at the Morristown / White Pine exit Hwy. 25E. Go towards Morristown till you see the Rogersville / Hwy. 11w exit and go east. You're about 20 minutes from Rogersville here.
