What's Happening in Rogersville

It is with great regret that the Arts Council will no longer produce Shakespeare and Friends Renaissance Faire.  We want to thank all the  cast, entertainers, vendors, businesses and visitors that have supported us these past 12 years.  We are proud of the quality of entertainment we were able to bring to Hawkins County.

The Arts Council will be partnering with the Rogersville Playhouse to help with their 2012 season. Their Artistic Director Chris Rhoton recently resigned to take a position elsewhere and we will assist  the playhouse until  they can find a new artistic director.  The Arts Council feels that Chris did an exceptional job as Artistic Director and brought some wonderful plays to Rogersville and Hawkins County.
